Returns

Customer have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received to organise a return or exchange with SD Performance.

Customers then have an additional 14 calendar days to actually return it to SD Performance.

If the buyer changes their mind, SD Performance refunds the price of an item / items. SD Performance will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item / items subject to SD Performance returns process.

Customers must return an item /items in the same condition as it was received enclosing the relevant items from the following list, also in original condition; All packaging such as boxes, bags, and polystyrene Accessories such as brackets and fixings Manuals and warranty documents “Free gifts” or bonus items All items included in a bundle
